Community Care Coordination

Life is full of challenges and when you’re struggling, it can be hard to know where to find a helping hand. While you’re doing your best, extra support goes a long way. That’s where Caledon Community Services comes in. We’re here to help with your unique needs, offering food support, referrals to community resources, help with utility/ internet costs and so much more.

Here are some ways you can get support:

  • Visit the Exchange - Food Support (fresh, nutritious food) share food around a communal table, meet new people, and connect with your community
  • NEW! Announcing Food Support Hamper Delivery Program! Fresh nutritious food delivered right to your door
  • Access the Season of Hope campaign
  • Sign your kids up for Kidz in Caledon
  • Book some time with one of our Care Coordinators/Case Workers to discuss resources and services available to fit the unique needs of yourself and your loved ones
  • Get referrals to partner agencies and other support services in our community

NEW! Fresh Food, Delivered to Your Doorstep

We’re thrilled to introduce our new Mobile Food Pantry making it easier than ever for you to access fresh and nutritious food support!

Through the generosity of the Region of Peel, Amazon Canada, Zonta Club of Brampton-Caledon and other community and corporate support, our refrigerated truck delivers food support to those in need across the entire Caledon community.
