Who Are We?

The Exchange is a social destination for everyone! Here, residents of Caledon can participate in fun social activities to preserving basics to great meals on a budget classes. At the Exchange, social support comes in the form of extended programs addressing life’s challenges such as food support, one- on-one care coordination, connections to needed resources or simply sharing a cup of coffee and your story.

At the Exchange, Caledon Community Services provides confidential one-on-one support, programs and resources to address the challenges faced by individuals and families in our community.

Community Engagement - Feed Your Soul

Farmers and food distributors now have a place for their excess produce and other products where it will supplement the nutritional needs of many Caledon families. At the Exchange, everyone can access healthy, fresh food and information about how to plant, prepare, preserve and enjoy it!

Our community kitchen is a place to gather and learn from community chefs about everything from basic nutrition to how to prepare a gourmet meal. For those needing supplies, the food support program provides a selection of healthy fresh and packaged food helping to ensure nutritional needs are met.

Every donation makes a difference. When you give food or everyday essentials, you’re offering stability and hope to those facing challenging times in Caledon. Your kindness creates meaningful change for hundreds of Caledon families, youth and seniors in need.

Donation Drop-Off Locations:

The Exchange Food Pantry: (Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.) – Ring the backdoor bell.

Currently, our greatest needs are cereals, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies, crackers, almond milk, peanut butter, jam, honey, canned tomatoes, pasta sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, flour, sugar, oil, toothpaste, hand soap, hair products, feminine products.
